Great murky yellow/orange color with a malty aroma. Starts out sort of tangy with some citrus zest and finishes with a hoppy kick before dissipating. Very good for fall and late summer and probably winter also!

I really like this beer and I’ll definitely buy it again. Great color/appearance and nice malty flavor. Peach undertones to give it a slight sweetness and dry finish.

Served at the Good Dog in a pint glass this hopped fruity brew had a Golden Pale yellow colour that was clear thru. I would have enjoyed it more if not for the entirely out of place infantile fools getting sloshed on pounder cans of PBR.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells of citrus, earthy, tea. Tastes earthy and peppery with some citrussy elements on the finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy light amber with almost no head. Has a mild floral and citrus hop aroma. Taste is on the light side, with citrus and a touch of earthy hops. Also has a faint malt sweetness. Very toned down and on the bland side.

Enjoyed from a 12oz bottle in a pub glass. The beer pours a nearly straw-colored yellow color with a nice and fairly long-lasting white head. The nose gives strong characters of Cascade and Simcoe hops, with the latter becoming more prevalent as the sample warms. No malt character is easily detected. The palate is firmly bitter, again showing the danky character that betrays Simcoe. The beer notably lacks a strong malt presence, but it is reasonably acceptable, given the beer’s abv. The finish is clean and fairly dry. Overall, a nicely crafted session ale.

Bottle. Big orange peel nose, not so much hops as paint, with some garage mustiness. Crystal clear yellow-golden with a rocky off-white head. Taste is sweet at first but dries out a bit to a sort of fruity rind and light biscuit. A little roughness from barely-palpable resin, but the way the hops are used here is very strange and unique (a first for me, at least). Medium body. Worthy of a try, but not veneration.
