jredmond (1015), New Jersey, USA Jun 14, 2009 Bottle split with Taftini. Pours a slightly hazy amber body. Aroma is fresh grassy hops. Taste is smooth and refreshing hop, very balanced. vinerd (17), Orlando, Florida, USA Jun 14, 2009 Bottle courtesy of corby112. Frothy head almost over cartbonated. Had to wait for head to go down to finish pouring bottle. Hoppy aroma with sweet fruit notes. Mild hoppy flavor. I would def drink again. Sparky27 (1559), Phoenix, Arizona, USA May 25, 2009 Bottle courtesy of beerbill. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge 4 finger white head that leaves of lacing. The nose is malt and light citrus hops. The taste is sour fruit, malt and faint hops. Light-to-medium mouthfeel. Not very good. bvc (227), Kenmore, Washington, USA May 24, 2009 12oz bottle from zathrus13. Pours a medium clear golden color with a bit of head that settles down to a ring around the edge of my glass and traces of lacing. Nose is somewhat sweet and bready with touches of grass. Decent carb and somewhat refreshing, but not much hop presence in way of flavor or bittering. BillWyce (90), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA May 10, 2009 Poured hazy pale amber with a white head. Crisp apple-y aroma. Light and slightly fizzy on the palate. Crisp with a taste that almost reminded me of a cider.
Not bad. Very light and would be a good choice on a hot summer day. jeff789 (359), Pennsylvania, USA Apr 16, 2009 Pours a slightly hazy golden color... Aroma is quite english with a slightly nutty twang, grassy a bit earthy and a subtle touch of citrus... taste matches the aroma profile... decent mouthfeel... definitely reminds me more of an english pale or best bitter as opposed to an American Pale Ale... JoeMcPhee (4893), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Mar 19, 2009 Very pale golden colour. Aroma is lightly citrusy with pale malts an a kiss of soft fruity hops. Light apricot/peach aroma with a soft bitterness. It’s a little bit malty as well. Lean-bodied and fairly tropical tasting. It’s not a crazy intense beer but it isn’t bad either. liquidhubris (4), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA does not count Mar 1, 2009 The first sniff before the sip is mango. Color is vitamin piss yellow and only mildly carbonated. Pleasantly tart, crisp with a very abrupt malty finish. Low depth of flavor. Not offensive, not memorable.
