Somewhat sweet but rather forgettable. A disappointing offering from a solid brewer. Drinkingdan (371), East Norriton, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a medium clear golden color with a bit of head that settles down to a ring around the edge of my glass and traces of lacing. Nose is somewhat sweet and bready with touches of grass. Decent carb and somewhat refreshing, but not much hop presence in way of flavor or bittering. DeadGuyFrank (347), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA

Aroma of citrus (grapefruit) hops. Pale gold color, thinnish head and light lacing. Flavor is refreshing, nice citrus hoppiness and a crisp finish. Hints of sweet malt in the palate. Also tried one of these on tap at Citizen’s Bank Park earlier this week. PWalk (337), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Hoppy like a bunny I really like the new recipe over the old. The switch was warranted and I think the new style will help Yards reap the rewards it’s due. Easy drinking ale. stison42 (318), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA
