Sampled with Stegosaurus and beerded_one at Newtown brewfest. Good beer but a little hoppy for my personal taste. Very piney aroma and flavor with a dry finish. Not bad but not the best that Yards has to offer.

tap at the standard tap. pours pale golden with a nice white head. nose has a distinctive lemon hop presence, taste is medium body, with a lemony hop kick. It was the cheapest thing on draft there and I was expecting kenzinger but in my opinion this was definitely a good value for money beer. good stuff. would definitely order this again for 3 bucks.

Pours a very pale color with a small head. The aroma is citrusy with notes of Otto’s Jacket and a light fruitiness. The flavor is hoppy and dry but fruity and well blanaced and lightly herbal with a citrus rind flavor. Not too bad.

Pours a dark golden yellow color with a 2.5 finger frothy white head that slowly fades into a lasting ring and cap, leaving splotches of lacing along the glass. Biscuity malt aroma with hints of grass and straw with some graham cracker malt and a nice hop presence. Lower end of medium body with a nice pilsner/ bicuity malt backbone and a decent hop presence for the style. Clean and very drinkable with a crisp subtle hop dry finish.

Light orange pour. Smell is upfront hops, very piney and potent. Spicy notes as well. Taste has hoppy grains. Sweet sap is tasted that remains fairly wet. Hops do not dry out the palate. After the beer warms it starts to take on a drying characteristic.

Bottle from Cavie. Light orange-yellow pour with a thin, bubbly head. Tons of sweet, citrus hops aroma. Taste is dry and floral with some hops.

Draft at some bar on South Street that I don’t remember the name of. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is hoppy, both lemon and floral, with ginger and butterscotch notes. Crisp, medium body. Flavor is primarily lemon and butterscotch. Not bad, very drinkable.

Pours a hazy deep golden color with a lot of carbonation in it. Has a thick frothy head, about 2-fingers, that lasts for awhile. Strong citrus nose of grapefruit and even a little bit of orange. A few sweet brown sugar and caramel notes as well. Has a very bright citrus flavor right when you drink it. A little bit of sour and a little bit of bitter. Very strong grapefruit. Has a little bit of malt character, but it needs more balance. Strong citrus sort of dissolves on the tongue into a sort of flat grain taste. Light and refreshing body.
