kassner (182), Wexford, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 27, 2008 Bottle from 3 Sons. Light amber , little head or lacing, nice hops and lots of subtile fruit notes, apples and babanas, etc. Clean finish checkmatei1 (275), Willow Grove, USA Aug 29, 2008 Bottle: Poured a golden yellow with not much head. The aroma was somewhat hoppy with hints of lemon present. The flavor was decent, lemons and slight hops present. Overall, just OK, not great. beerbill (1320), Laurel, New York, USA Aug 16, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy, slightly darkened gold, with a large off-white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left no lace. Pleasant aroma of malt with some nice bright orange zest. The flavor is mild malt with some grapefruit bitterness at the finish. As the beer warms, a vegetable flavor with a metallic twang develops. Starts out promising but ends in disappointment. Beerman6686 (780), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 26, 2008 Poured a week dark yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was fairly bland but with hints of some citrus hops. Flavor was also pretty bland. Nothing bad here, just very dull and boring. blipp (818), Grand Island, New York, USA Jul 21, 2008 Draft at some bar on South Street that I don’t remember the name of.
