RenegadeBrewer (2), Oregon, USA does not count Apr 22, 2008 Had it specially bottled by one of the brewers and aged it for over a year. The head was nice and fluffy leaving a nice lace around the glass. tons of raspberry in the nose and a nice hint of raspberry and a touch of sourness in the flavor. I wish they would bottle this beer! fermental (1), USA does not count Feb 4, 2004 This beer has a big full raspberry nose along with a mild lambic must. It is a very drinkable interpretation with a lot less sweetness than most framboise. The body is light and very typical of this style. The flavor starts out with a good dose of lambic sourness that quickly dissipates, leaving you wanting more. The low alcohol content is different for a Yards product. Keep up the good work guys! PWalk (332), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 4, 2004 An interesting framboise to say the least. Very citrusy taste that started out tart but ended like candy. Had it both at the brewery and at the Grey Lodge Pub 3 weeks later and enjoyed it each time. dberger624 (1029), Phila, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 18, 2003 Draft at the brewery. This is Yards first attempt at a lambic. I'm not a lambic person, but this was preety good. Had a slight sour start then finished on the sweet side. egajdzis (2970), Terrapin, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 22, 2003 Poured a reddish copper color with a small white head and nice lacing. Sour aroma that finished of sweet bubblegum. Sweet raspberry taste, almost of a sweet candy. Full mouthfeel.
