We searched for this one when we were in Memphis - the brewery is named after a town not too far from my home and these beers aren’t available in MS yet.
I was rather disappointed with this selection. It pours a medium brown without much head. Not much in the away of aroma and the taste was very weak and watery.

May 29, 2008 Draft-Nashville. Pours a beautiful but transparent brown, malty nose and a VERY smooth palate. Much more flavor than any mexican beer I’ve had. Kudos!

May 26, 2008 Draught at the brewery. Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and hops with a sugar and spice finish. Another one that baffles me that the score isn’t higher. I guess because I had it fresh?

May 26, 2008 There doesn’t seem to be much of a smell wafting from this little brew, but it is a flavourful and complexly palated beer. I’m not sure what it would optimally be paired with to eat, but this is a tastiness. This one seems to be slightly underrated, though that could be due to a thin wateriness about it, though it is noticeably more full-bodied than almost all Mexican beers to my knowledge (aside from Negra Modelo).

does not count  May 12, 2008 Not a huge fan of this beer. I know what they were trying to emulate so for that I give them high marks because it is better than your run of the mill Mexican lager.
