3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was of banana, light spice and wheat grain. Flavor was lemon, cracked wheat, banana and clove. A nice example of the style.

on tap at Yazoo, decent little hefe, more pee yellow than I would have expected and touch thinner body than I thought it should have been, smidge of bubblegum lots of banana, no real clove spiciness that I would have thought. not bad.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Picked up while driving through TN. For a hefe, this is pretty decent stuff. Pours that typical cloudy yeasty yellow orange. Aromas of banana, clove, citrus, funk from the yeast. Taste is fairly light tang and sweetness. Medium light carb and medium light body.

Banana aroma. Not overpowering. Really a very nice wheat beer. My favorite from Yazoo so far.

Tap at Flying Saucer in Nashville. Pours a light yellow with big white head. Aroma is banana city with slight cloves. Taste is again very banana and clove forward with slight barnyard. Not my thing.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lemon-colored with no head and a spicy, banana nose. Mildly-carbonated with a mellow palate finishing with a peppery, banana, lemon, and yeasty finale.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Finally an American hefe that tastes like it supposed to. None of this overly hopped bullshit, or that watery clear crap. A perfect example of the style.

355 ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, more like a belgian witbier than a german weissbeer. Taste very much like a paulaner hefeweissen but with fruity citrus notes. Pretty good for a 4.5% abv weissbeer and not watery at all.
