Extremely pale yellow color, thin with a strong banana/clove aroma, a little sour with slight citrus. Thin but well-flavored. Dry with citrusy hops (I think). Not bad... like I said, thin but flavorful.

Draft. Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Fruity banana aroma with light spicy notes. The flavor has sweet fruity yeast, spicy notes, banana, and clove. Refreshing, very solid.

Clear Golden. White, medium head. Aroma: Banana flavored bubblegum. Flavor: The same with lemon and clove. Clean finish. Very drinkable, even for a Hefeweizen. With the exception of Sierra Nevada, this is the best American beer of this style so far.

From my friend Matt. Pours cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Nose is immediate creamy bananas and vanilla with some evident clove in the background. Flavor is smooth with again, heavy bananas and medium to light clove and medium vanilla character. Medium sweet finish and seemingly full bodied for the style. Really good Weiss!

On tap at the brewery. Hazy light orange with decent lasting head, has a nice aroma. Tastes of banana and cloves. Good beer.

Tasted on 9/18/11 from a 12oz bottle purchased as part of a sampler 12 pack at Midtown. Pours hazy bright yellow-orange with an average white head that slowly recedes to thin whispy lace. The nose is classic Hefeweizen with the creamy banana and clove aroma with just a hint of some spicy cinnamon. The flavor is the same with creamy banana, clove, cinnamon, and a nice nutty note as well. The body is medium with a creamy texture, lively carbonation, and a long nutty banana and clove finish

had this on draft at the yahoo tap room. Pours a cloudy golden color, and has a wheat spicy aroma. Tastes strongly of bananas and spices, with some citrus notes. This is a very good hefe, and is very refreshing on a summer day.
