12 oz bottle. Pours a coudy yellow with white head. Aroma of banana and citrus with a light wheaty back ground. Flavor is very much the same with a very pleasant tartness. Mouth feel has a light, soft body with medium-high carbonation. Overall, a very pleasant, nicely brewed hef.

Bottle. This one was all over the place, watery, with an occasional hint of citrus and bubblegum.

12oz courtesy of Travlr. Pour is hazy straw with a medium eggshell head. Little lace. Aroma is some banana esters, phenolic yeast, but changes to mostly toilet water. Taste is slightly creamy, mostly doughy, lightly spiced. Medium carbonation. There is a clear attempt to Bavarian-ize this wheat beer but the end result is a bit messy somewhere between poor American Wheat Ale and true hefeweizen.

Very sweet and phenolic nose, lots of esters, tons of gold fruit and pepper. Taste is what you’d expect from the nose, pretty messy, lots of bubblegum.

Bottle shared by Travlr: Pours a cloudy pale golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet wheaty nose with some banana esters. Starts with good fullness for the style and a nice light malty sweetness with some peppery clove spice and doughy yeasty complexity before a smooth, balanced finish. Very true to style and drinkable. A nice hefeweizen.

A very decent example of a hefeweizen. Cloudy light yellow in color. Slightly tart but not sour. Crisp and pretty clean with flavors of banana, lemon, and some lime. Not bad for this style.
