Bottle thanks to travita. Pours with a milky whitish body and a small white head. Aroma of vanilla, wheat, honey and dusty. Taste is butter, vanilla and wheat. Lightish bubbles. Didn’t really love this hefe.

Juicy lemon nose, balanced with enough sweetness to cut through the tart without becoming candied. Milky yellow haze. More sharp citrus, little sharp tart tang in the finish, though this hint of sourness is complimentary to an otherwise dry and clean hef.

Bottle thanks to MrBunn. Pours light gold.......like a dehydrated pee. With not much head and the smell of bananas cloves bread and gum. Taste is about the same.....semi creamy palate. Its actually quite good compared to what I expected.

Bottle. Pours a dingy light gold with a little bit of a fizzy head and aromas of lemon, grass and cloves. There seems to be a little bit of bubble gum in there, too. Flavor is not quite as nice as the aroma, but isn’t bad. A lot of cloves and lemon with an underlying sweetness and a little bit of sour. It’s almost a little sticky across the palate and has some odd tanginess to it that I can’t quite decide on... whether it is a little old or whether it’s intentional. Either way, it’s a decent beer, but not something I’d seek out again.

Draft at the brewery, part of a sampler. Girlfriend ordered a whole pint of this one. Pours cloudy gold with a medium white head that diminishes quickly and leaves only a little behind. Very straightforward, well-executed hefeweizen, with the banana, wheat, yeast, clove, and citrus aroma and flavor. Medium bodied, citrus zest, and wheaty smoothness. Good example of the style.

Pours cloudy yellow with a foamy short-lived white head. Aroma is tart yeast, wheat, and gum. Taste is yeast, banana, wheat, pretty crisp. Lively carbonation and a finish with yeast and wheat tartness.
