Nice balanced hefe. Not to strong on the spice. Full flavored easy and drinkable. Good one! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lemon-colored with no head and a spicy, banana nose. Mildly-carbonated with a mellow palate finishing with a peppery, banana, lemon, and yeasty finale.

Finally an American hefe that tastes like it supposed to. None of this overly hopped bullshit, or that watery clear crap. A perfect example of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

355 ml bottle. Pale yellow colour, more like a belgian witbier than a german weissbeer. Taste very much like a paulaner hefeweissen but with fruity citrus notes. Pretty good for a 4.5% abv weissbeer and not watery at all.

Bottle thanks to Springlicker. Pours gold. White head. Nose/taste of banana, wheat malt, bubblegum, pear and light bread. Medium body.

Pours a cloudy yellow wheat color into a 16oz pint draft, served with a lemon wedge. Not much on the nose : slight clove, and lemon. Flavors of banana, lemon, and earthy wheat bread like notes. Probably wouldn’t drink this much, but I do enjoy it in the sun or on a hot patio.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear yellow/gold with fizzy white head. Aroma is banana, cloves, cereal malts, floral notes, light herbs, and light bubblegum. Flavor is light bready malts, light fruit esters, faint floral hops, and light sweetness; semisweet finish. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.

From a bottle. Pours hazy yellow gold with a fizzy, bubbly white head. Tastes like slightly sour, slightly musky, like wheat and light lemon. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like nutty, malty banana.

[Bottle] Hazy and golden pour. Pillowy white foam head. Banana and yeast aroma. Taste is pretty decent... more clove, lots of banana and milder bubblegum notes. Wheat grains and mild funk in the finish. OK palate for a US made wheat beer, but thin when comparing to German versions. Tasting notes from 2/2014.

It poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of banana and citrus with a light wheaty back ground. The taste was similar to the aroma with a very pleasant tartness. Not bad.

The appearance has a hazy golden orange colored body with a thick two fingered white foamy head that dies within about a minute, some light foamy lacing graces the sides of the glass adequately. The smell was almost the best aroma combination of a clove to coriander to banana esters - sweet to spiciness - wow, I’m enthralled. The taste is sweet to spicy through the cloves and coriander to the banana esters. The aftertaste is pretty much exactly the same and just as good with a nice quick dry spicy sweet finish. On the palate, it sits about a light to medium sort of body with a mostly sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation finishes just right for a hefeweizen as there’s a harsh component and a smooth component that balances just right. Overall, wow, where the heck did this come from? This is a very well done hefeweizen by an American brewer.
