COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

Nice medium golden amber with a one finger white head. Very light bodied. Semi-sweet maltiness. Earthy and doughy taste. This is ok but nothing special.

12 ounce bottle thanks to suttree. Pours a clear amber color with a large white head. A sweet malty nose, light amarillo hops- quite distinct. A nice toasted flavor, caramel, light fruity/spicy hops. Quaffable.

Poured from the bottle to a light orange hue, with thin white head that lingered throughout most of the glass and left good lacing. Well pronounced aroma of orange citrus and floral hops. Mouthfeel was full bodied, bitter and slightly tingly. Taste was the orange citrus and floral of the nose, along with some wet grass. Finish was slightly metallic, but still okay. Would make a good session beer.

Bottle from lithy. Darkish orange color, small head that faded away quickly. Decent aroma for a pale ale. Little corn, malt and some hops. Taste is sweet malt, typical pale ale. Average texture. Overall... just a TN tick.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits and hops, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

( 12oz bottle thanks to Cavie) Pours yellow with nice head. Nose of honey and light hops. Taste of sweet malt, nice citrus hops, linger of sweet honey and malts. Honestly I thought it was awesome for the style.
