3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
355ml Bottle as a gift from Nashville:
A nice beer overall, some nice sweetness opened things up & plenty caramel malts followed before some some nice bread malts & a moderate bitterness coupled with some toasted flavours brought in the middle. It could have been a touch stronger but the balance was a good one & it was easy to drink too. Not one to specifically hunt out for but it’s definitely well worth trying if you happen across it at any point.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap in the hip Nashville 12 South district. I really think this beer should be rating higher, it’s a near-perfect flagship American Pale Ale. WAY better than average. Malty, a bit caramelly, but some nice bready and biscuity notes balanced by a strong dose of predictable grapefruity hops plus lemongrass, strawberry, cantalope melon, mango, tropical fruit salad. I really like this Amarillo & Cascade combo. Light-medium body, strong carbonation, awesome malty and hoppy aftertastes. Delicious.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle from Tenn. with a bottled on stamp of 23 June 2015.
Clear, amber body even though there was a small amount of sediment clinging to the bottom of the bottle. The off-white head is moderately durable and leaves patterned, sticky lacing.
Aroma: citrus and spicy hops with some caramel and bready notes.
Flavor: moderately strong with a bit more spicy and fruity hop flavors than medium and light toasted grains. Good balance. Mildly bitter overall.
Feel: silky medium+ body with soft, medium-high carbonation. Crisp, semi-dry finish.
O: refreshing and distinctive pale ale. Recommended.
