COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

Poured from the bottle to a light orange hue, with thin white head that lingered throughout most of the glass and left good lacing. Well pronounced aroma of orange citrus and floral hops. Mouthfeel was full bodied, bitter and slightly tingly. Taste was the orange citrus and floral of the nose, along with some wet grass. Finish was slightly metallic, but still okay. Would make a good session beer.

Bottle. Copper-gold in color with a really nice head. Actually a really nice balanced ale. Aroma has hints of roasted grains interlaced with citrus. Taste is a malty sweet upfront, balanced in the middle with a nice, fresh citrus fruit finish.

12 oz bottle from Tenn. with a bottled on stamp of 23 June 2015. Clear, amber body even though there was a small amount of sediment clinging to the bottom of the bottle. The off-white head is moderately durable and leaves patterned, sticky lacing. Aroma: citrus and spicy hops with some caramel and bready notes. Flavor: moderately strong with a bit more spicy and fruity hop flavors than medium and light toasted grains. Good balance. Mildly bitter overall. Feel: silky medium+ body with soft, medium-high carbonation. Crisp, semi-dry finish. O: refreshing and distinctive pale ale. Recommended.

Flaska @ Hutton Hotel, Nashville, Tn. Klar bärnstensfärgad öl med ett smutsvitt skum. Dofter av citrus, malt och blomster. Samma återkommer i smaken tillsammans med en lättare ton av tall. Lätt oljig munkänsla.

Toasty, malty, and citrus pale ale. The English ale yeast and malts balance out the hops so some of the character of Amarillo hops is masked. However this is a taste and more east-coast or English style pale ale. There is a nice sweet floral and spice finish.

Dry, thin, bitter finish. I’ve had Amarillo, and I don’t get it here. not much character to this beer. the English ale yeast i do detect. no head, no nothing. not impressed.

Solid clean but boring pale. Slight pine malts over a little too sweet body.
