COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A new version of an American classic. Our Yazoo Pale Ale bursts with spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor, coming from the newly discovered Amarillo hop. The wonderful hop aroma is balanced nicely with a toasty malt body, ending with a cleansing hop finish. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, and generously hopped with Amarillo, Perle, and Cascade hops. Fermented with our English ale yeast.

Poured from the bottle to a light orange hue, with thin white head that lingered throughout most of the glass and left good lacing. Well pronounced aroma of orange citrus and floral hops. Mouthfeel was full bodied, bitter and slightly tingly. Taste was the orange citrus and floral of the nose, along with some wet grass. Finish was slightly metallic, but still okay. Would make a good session beer.

On tap in the hip Nashville 12 South district. I really think this beer should be rating higher, itís a near-perfect flagship American Pale Ale. WAY better than average. Malty, a bit caramelly, but some nice bready and biscuity notes balanced by a strong dose of predictable grapefruity hops plus lemongrass, strawberry, cantalope melon, mango, tropical fruit salad. I really like this Amarillo & Cascade combo. Light-medium body, strong carbonation, awesome malty and hoppy aftertastes. Delicious.

12 oz bottle at the Bass pro Pyramid in Memphis. The ale poured a clear Amber color with an off white frothy head. Nice looking ale. The aroma of floral hops and pale malts greets you. The very balanced ale with nice hop bitterness. The ale has a medium body with average carbonation. Nice dry finish.

Bottle. Copper-gold in color with a really nice head. Actually a really nice balanced ale. Aroma has hints of roasted grains interlaced with citrus. Taste is a malty sweet upfront, balanced in the middle with a nice, fresh citrus fruit finish.

12 oz bottle from Tenn. with a bottled on stamp of 23 June 2015. Clear, amber body even though there was a small amount of sediment clinging to the bottom of the bottle. The off-white head is moderately durable and leaves patterned, sticky lacing. Aroma: citrus and spicy hops with some caramel and bready notes. Flavor: moderately strong with a bit more spicy and fruity hop flavors than medium and light toasted grains. Good balance. Mildly bitter overall. Feel: silky medium+ body with soft, medium-high carbonation. Crisp, semi-dry finish. O: refreshing and distinctive pale ale. Recommended.
