This isnít on the level of Yazoo Sue. Thatís not saying itís a bad beer. Itís a well made porter, itís just nothing more than a well made porter.

Bottle Erica picked up for me from Nashville. Pours a dark brown with ruby tones and a thin tan head that diminishes very quickly. Aroma is roasty with hints of cocoa, dark fruit, and chocolate. Flavor is rich and chocolaty that finishes with a smooth, peppery finish. Well balanced!

Draft. Light rye malt and hay aroma. Dark brown with small head. Sweet chocolate-caramel rye malt and lightly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Smooth.

Very tasty beer. I am an avid coffee and beer drinker and this beer reminiscent of coffee. Dark and full of flavor. Love it!

12 oz bottle. (World Market) Chattanooga, TN.
Black colour with a tiny light tan head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee and mild hoppy bitterness in the aroma. The flavour is roasted malt, some hops, mild chocolate and some molasses. Quite OK.
