On tap. Cloudy rust color with a quarter inch of cream. Nose of earthy must, dry yeast, funk with some lemony hops. Tastes of funky white grape must, bitter pith, spicy apple, tart lemon. Maybe a touch of wheat, pepper, and bubblegum on the finish. Medium body is dry and has low-medium carbonation.

Cloudy, not much carbonation, no head. Smells...odd. I get a little bourbon, and a little bit of yeasty sweetness. Flavor is also a bit muddled, with nothing really standing out. A little bourbon, a little hoppiness, but all in all kind of muddled. Neat experiment, but not something I could drink a lot of. On tap, Suttree’s Tavern.
