Beery and bitter aroma, hints of tannic tea and orange peel. Glowing burnt orange in colour, oily white head. In the mouth there’s some odd things going on - the tea is a strong flavour, but there’s this soapiness that I can’t quite get my head around. It’s very astringent and tannic on the after taste. I honestly don’t know how I feel about this beer. I’m not a fan of tea, and so for me the tea-like characteristics of this characterful brew are not necessarily a positive. But that said, it does what it says on the bottle - it’s explosive and leafy, full of orange flavoured tea and citrusy hops. Personally, I find it most enjoyable when drunken on a very hot day. An alcoholic ice tea!

Aroma is fruit, flowers, spices and intensely perfumed. The flavor is fruit, spices, citrus, tea overtones, mild/medium funky sweetness and a tart/sour/slightly bitter finish.

Aromatic hops piney and tea aroma. Pale to amber body with nice lacing. malty hoppy taste with the tea blending in well. Well hopped; not an overpowering IPA. Very nice as something different!

Bottle. Smells of piney fruity hop, bit of citrus/orange/mango, sweet and herbal tea. Tastes very sweet and perfume-y, slightly potpourri-ish. Almost reminds me of the Coedo beers in its perfuminess. Tiny bit of grassiness but otherwise surprised this is classified as an IPA. Not much hop. Like the idea but not enough hop or real tea flavour.

330ml bottle Orange gold bodied beer, dense white head holds. Aroma quite fruity; citrus, stone fruits, pineapple with dried leafy herbs and toasty malt. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, nice chewy texture. Interesting flavour; citrusy hops, biscuity malt, pot pourri, light smoke, peach, leafy spice. Moderately bitter finish, touch of tea leaf astringency. Intriguing beer, flavours work well

Slightly hazy copper with a fast fading head. Amazing nose that is at once full of tea but also reminds me of the beach. Wonderful tones of earl grey tea and mango and light piney resins with some light grapefruit, and sunshine. Smooth earthy flavor with some leafy floral bitterness, loads of earl grey, a smack of bittersweet grapefruit rind, finishing on pine and earl grey. Wonderful.

Hazy copper pour with an off-white head. Aromas of herbs, tea, citrus peel, and malt. Very complex. Flavor is a unique fusion of citrus hops with tea. Well executed so that no one flavor dominates another, perfectly balanced. Interesting concept and tasty brew.

pale, golden, amber, creamy, I was very happy with this beer at the recent wetherspoons festival. I had 2 pints of this which is quite a lot for me. I like earl grey tea too so combining tea and beer was quite ingenious. Best one that I tried at the festival this time.

33cl bottle. Slight gusher. Red amber pour, uncontrollable head. Smells liek some artificial citrus juice drink, maybe some raspberry thrown in there too. The flavor is medicinal and very leafy, very strong, some citrus, cleaning fluid, sour. Weird ass brew. If you are looking for an ipa with tea i woudl suggest Milwaukee Hop Freak, it is a 4 pk of pints for nearly the price of this single 11.2 oz.
