Bottle, at Spinnekopke March 2006.Hazy amber, thin white head and moderate condition. Pleasantly soft and fruity maltiness in the nose, nicely balanced fruity sweetness and spicy corriander in the mouth and much the same in the finish but slightly more muted.

Feb 10, 2008 Bottle: Poured a copper yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is fruit with malts. The taste is a bitter citrus fruit with some honey and metal hops.

Jul 7, 2007 Bottled. Bright amber colour, airy head. Sweet and sugary with some herbal notes. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Flowery with spun sugar. Quite interesting, but too sweet.

Jun 17, 2007 Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, riped sour apples and some slight woody notes. Flavour is apples, grass, slight alcohol and malts. Aftertaste has a big sting of alcohol.
