Draft at taproom. Pours yellow and clear with a thin white head. Has a bit of citrus on the nose. I get the lime on the tongue but not so much the ginger. Otherwise wit resembles a fairly solid, middle-of-the-road incarnation of the style.
Earlier Rating: 9/3/2011 Total Score: 3.5
Draft at the nook. Pours slightly cloudy pineapple juice color. A bit of orange peel on the nose which becomes more pronounced on the tongue. Finishes very dry so you know there’s some hops. Pretty good example of the style.

Had on tap at OK Bicycle Shop in Mobile. Good white ale color and a real easy drink. Sweetness was really strong.
