COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebellion red ale, it’s a hybrid style, drinks smooth like a lager, brewed with German ale yeast and slight hoppy bitterness.

Bottle. Copperish-amber in color. One finger head that quickly disappears. Aroma has a whiff of fruit with baked grains mixed in. Taste is a tad sweet upfront with a malty middle and a well balanced finish. A really nice beer.

12 ounce bottle pour. This is the first beer I’ve tried from Yellowhammer and I was very impressed. This is a very good Amber that I will be buying again.

Pours slightly hazy mahogany with a thin buff head. Malty aroma has hints of cinnamon and cloves. Mainly malty flavor has spicy and subtle caramel secondary tones, not spectacular but pleasing and satisfying. Fizz and body are average, rounding out a total but decent brew. Man (or woman) your X-wing and join the rebellion!
