A great brewery, fantastic staff. Great venue to book to see a live performance or book a party/wedding. Take the tour and tell Ido Neil sent you! They make just the one lager right now and it is terrific. Only available in Edmonton at the brewery and in local bars. Cheers!

I'm not really a lager fan but love local beer. On tap a refreshing and crisp beer. A nice golden colour. When it's the tap on special don't pass it by. -- rated via 'Find A Beer' for Blackberry 10

On tap at the Celtic Knot. Pours a clear, golden yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates like pop fizz. Aroma is grassy, hint of sweet malts. Taste is a plain jane pilsner-style lager. Mouthfeel is light, moderate to high carbonation. Finishes a little sweet, no hoppiness to speak of. Would make an ok patio or beach beer, but nothing to go nuts over.

Pours a clear golden color with a very small white soapy head. Aroma of pale malts, some sweet dme, cereal and a very faint floral hop. Taste cereal, pale malts and a minimal bitterness. Very crisp and clean in the palate just like the style should be. Might be a boring style but a good representation of said style.

Pours a clear golden colour with a small soapy white ring around the glass after a few minutes from an average sized soapy white head. Aroma is grainy, corn, cereal, a little fruity, faint green apples actually. Flavour is crisp, somewhat dry, moderate corn like sweetness and mildly bitter. Overall refreshing lager.

On draft at MKT Beer in Edmonton, AB. Not a very good beer. Not much aroma, very light and pale looking. Clean lager which helps the enjoyable factor of it. But nothing much but a flat beer with a familiar lager taste.

500ml bottle pours a light amber golden color with a finger of white head that leaves a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light cereal grains with some progressive hop bitterness. This is truly a premium lager and the typical macros don’t stand a chance against this brew.

2011-01-29 - shared by jerc & mabel with me and blankboy. 500ml bottle. Pours like bum urine - bright and concentrated "I’ve been boozing too long yellow" with a white fizzy head. Smells like a macro beer with weeds, corn, paper and icing sugar dumped in it. Tastes blech - same - need I say more? Ugly and harsh and avoid unless you need the tick.

I poured this from a 500 ml bottle, it pours a light amber color with a thick cap of white head. On the nose I get some light malt and light grains notes. It has an overall watery feel but still a decent amber, I pick up some hints of carmel and toasted malt notes. It finishes with a lingering spicy bite and hints of metallic. This was the first thing I have tried from these guys, I can say not a huge fan of amber but this was actually one of the better ones I have had.
