Very, very good stout! I found this to be most delicious. Nice hints of chocolate, coffee, and toffee. This is one of the finest stouts I've ever had, bar none.

Dark color of solid black with slivers of dark red highlighting, nice thick and creamy one finger high head of tannish hue, a bit lumpy and settles slowly leaving nice sticky lace in big strings.
Smell is a nice dark and rich roastyness with a touch of chocolate and coffee swimming around in the nose.
Taste is mostly tanged chocolate tones at first, very smooth and inviting, moderately sweetened, introducing some light coffeeish like dryness and flavor with a fairly calm hop bitterness in the finish. Good amount of heavyness, creamyness, and smooth lingering coffee, chocolate, and hop bitterness and dryness. Lots of good roastyness thoughout. Quite enjoyable feel, nearly heavy and full with a good smoothness. Has some very nice lingering qualities. Quite a good stout. One of the better Oatmeal Stouts I've had. Yum!

Dark Brown with a tan head. Roasty/chocolate aroma with hints of alcohol and hops. Big malty smooth flavor with hints of chocolate and roasted malt. Chalky finish. This beer is outstanding.

This is a great stout offering a lot of flavor primarily that of coffee being the easiest and most identifiable. A true shame that this beer is so difficult to find on the East Coast.

Great coffee and chocolate Aroma. Heavy dark brown/black appearance. If i was told it was an imperial stout i wouldn’t have questioned it. Flavor smooth, thick, rich, creamy, coffee, chocolate. palate pleasant. Overall impression: i was impressed.

Loved it...course I drank a savage amount on my 21st, but still, it was damn good. Dense, dark color, and superb flavor. One of the best oatmeal stouts I’ve had yet.

Large tan head with fine structure. Dark brown, almost opaque. Roasted grain immediately, with a nutty, chocolate aroma backing it up.
Mouth feel is a bit thin, tastes of malt, chocolate, carmel, earth. There is a little hop presence in the mouth, but more in the nose--is this one dry hopped?

Chocolaty nose with a hint of roasted coffee to it. Very dark with a long lasting foamy head. It tasted like a porter to me which definitely means it is good. A very smooth beer with a great finish. Yellowstone Valley makes good beers in my opinion.
