Light golden, slight haze, dense white head
Aroma - Pale light straw malts, light citrus hops, hint of fruit, not much on the nose
Taste - Pale malts, light biscuit, soft light fruity malts, touch of zesty lemon citrus, some bitter hops
Palate - soft carb. medium body. Finish as main flavour - biter light biscuit, bit mineraly finish, brief linger.
Overall - Easy drinking quaffable summer ale, not a lot going on but has quite a pleasant brief bitter finish, probably good for a hot day. Not bad.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer and Cider Festival, Merton, Oxon, 18-07-09 Pours pale gold with a white head. There is a touch of lemon on the nose but little else. Taste is hoppy and citric but overall I found this desperately ordinary in every department, it was absolutely fine but ultimately forgettable. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov11 2.9

Cask Conditioned Gravity Dispense Merton BF. A golden coloured beer with a slight pineapple aroma with lemon zest. The taste has sticky hoppy citrussy notes. Reasonable depth but an undignified attempt at high hopping levels.
