Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ’10. reddish copper with white head. There is a fruity sweetness, strawberry, plum, fructose. Hops emerge through later on. A pretty decent beer.

cask at The Marine, Sidmouth. Copper colour, small, creamy head. Fruity-floral aroma. Medium-bodied, good malty background with hints of roasetd malts and raisins, balanced by some very nice citrusy hops in the lingering finish. Smooth palate. A very good ale.

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Copper brown in colour. Pleasantly fruity and hoppy aroma with raisins, grapefruit and some caramel. Nice hoppy taste with refreshing with refreshing notes of grapefruit, caramel and some fruity notes followed by a moderately bitter finish. Well balanced and tasty.

The Felix (JDW), Nuneaton, 13/01/12. Copper capped with off-white. Orange and blackcurrant-hinting aroma. Good juicy fresh hop taste; tangerine peel, lemon zest, berry-like impressions easing into cashew and digestive biscuit. Tangy and balanced.

Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, day 2, on 1 May 2009. Another decent copper coloured bitter from Yeovil. Good balance of earthy malt and hoppy bitterness. Not a huge amount to be said but a pleasant drinker sure enough.
