Cask; Occasional.
A smooth, dark beer bursting with full bodied rich roast flavours. The maltiness is balanced by our late hopping style, achieving a truly special stout.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2013 Bottle. Very dark brown with a thin cream foam. Aromas are roast coffee with barbecue sauce and smoked meat. Some soy with dark chocolate and molasses. Flavours are cola and chocolate with light roast coffee and background toffee. Earthy with nutty notes and dark berries. Yeasty with a dry, peppery finish. Slightly oily on the palate. A bit different.

Mild textures and flavours, although somehow perhaps more Porter than Stout in overall character. Rounded, small malt, vague taste of milky chocolate at the finish. Pretty refined.
