Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Golden-blonde with a thin head. Malts in its nose, with a lot more grain and biscuit in its taste, followed by a pleasant light peachy fruit aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Pours a light orange colour with a small head that quickly goes. Light aroma of floral, pine hop. Taste is quite sweet with a good bitter balance. Lots of flavours, rich malt and fruit, perhaps also a little spicy. Good carbonation, the finish is a good balance of sweetness and dryness. A very pleasant beer.

Part of my 2013 backlog. Pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma has some floral hops, taste does too. Not awe inspiring.

Quack-Duck (9088) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 14, 2014
bottle from Darts Farm Topsham UK. Shining golden colour, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose. Lots of citrus fruit in the character, lingering finish. Nice hoppy summer beer, very moreish and easy-going due to its lightness.
