3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Aromas of floral hops, citrus. Medium to fizzy carbonation. Had some nice fresh citrus tastes, also an almost licoricey tang. Quite a distinct flavour, but put together quite nicely. Another winner from Yo-ho.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden blond colour with small off white head. Aroma is belgian yeasty, quite fruity, and quite floral too. Smells quite bitter too. Taste is not so so bitter, indistinct fruity again, quite malty and dry. Herbal element too. Quite a strange taste which is quite nice. Maybe grapefruit and something tropical sweet like mango, but I can’t really put my finger on it. There is a whiff of booze about it, much more than the %, which I guess comes from the sake element. Pretty nice and quite interesting.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Great colour! Bright gold with some head that fades quick... Nose is complex- malty, some hoppy fruityness and something slightly harsh- intriguing. Taste is complex. Very nice balance among all elements with long mineral palate- (from the sake?) I like! good value too

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
350ml can from Archive Beer Boutique. Looks pretty strong in the glass with a bright orange colour and a fluffy head that quickly recedes to leave some lacing on the glass. There is some sweetness in the aroma with maybe a touch of honey? The flavour is almost a cross between a golden ale and a pale lager.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can bought at Tanakaya Liquor store in Tokyo, Japan. A golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, medicinal aroma. Tastes fruity, perfume like, slightly Belgian influenced, some bitterness. Quite a unique Japanese beer that I rather enjoyed.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. Nice nose—Belgian-esque yeast, citrus hop, grass. Spcy, bready. Deep gold color with lace. Very fruity flavor, yeast and a bit perfumey. Dry, bitter finish. Rather strange, perfume-like sweet fruity aspect. Weird, though interesting. And better than expected.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Heavy, sharp hop aroma (Citra?). Crystal-clear gold color. Strong fruity initial: stewed pears, peaches; mid palate offers a bit of pickle-like tartness; finish levels out with lines of bitterness. Medium-heavy body. Very much like a Belgian-style IPA. Not bad.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Quite full bodied, fruity and effervescent. Starts with a soft orchard fruit and rice nose. Opens up in the mouth with a hint of tartness, some apple and rice and a nice dry finish. Nicely done.
