Can. A- Sour lemon, wheat, citrus, spices. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Subtle funk, slightly tart, lemon, spice, wheat. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, mildly tart finish. O- Had a tinge of funk to it. Like a witbier decided to occasionally see a sour ale. Not too shabby but not what I was looking for.

Light frothy white head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing. Cloudy thick yellow body. Aroma: banana, moderate yeasty, vanilla, clove and bubblegum. Initial and final flavors: moderate sweet (vanilla, yeast and honey); average duration. Palate: medium body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation and light astringent finish. Lacks balance to the overwhelming sweetness of vanilla. Could use more astringency, although it tastes a little lemon-like at the end. 60s USD5
