330ml can. Crisp snow white head atop a hazy amber body. Bready malty aromas that are very inviting. Full in the mouth with a smooth easy drinking mouthfeel. Good body and well balanced.

Better than the score suggests. Fruity, grainy and a step up from your traditional macro lager. Butt ugly can though. A bit of wheat is evident too. Comes across as a fruity golden ale.

Can. Fresh, grassy, slightly nutty aroma. Cloudy pale yellow, no visible carbonation, and a very slight hint of a head spread out. Grassy, pils-like flavor with a dull bitterness. Thin body, not a lot to grab onto. Pleasant enough, but could probably use a little more bittering.

Can. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy and slightly grassy aroma. Fruity grainy flavor with some bitterness. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish.

Can 330ml. Very good for a pilsener. Aroma has butter, leaves, and a hint of citrus. Taste has a sweet start, with a bitter finish. Palate is oily, with a thin-to-medium body. Dark yellow, with a persistent head.

Can at Hotel Okuyumoto, Hakone, Room 408 – shared with Mette. Candy, sweetness, bitterness, zesty, honey, cardboard boks, tartness, not fresh at all, light malty. Unpleasant.

Canned at Shinshu Osake Mura (Nagano Sake Village), Tokyo. Clear golden, creamy head. Fruity and grainy, slim and dry. Light grassy hops leads it the strightest way to a salty bitterish finish.

Pale colored. Fruity, malty flavor. Slightly grassy and decently balanced. I find this can be quite variable. At its best, it is a light, fruity, citrusy, flavorful pils, almost ale-like. It seems to go off rather easily, though, and then it gets rather insipid (see some ratings below). This rating is for a can in top condition.

Can. Bought at Lawson Station (sort of a 7-11) in Tokyo. Terrible, watery, fizzy, herbal/grassy pisswater.

Can: Nose of light malt, clear yellow, the flavor is malty. Nice crisp grassy note and a full body. Mouthfeel is lacking and citrusy but decent. A crispy golden pilsner, seems more like an ale though.
