Can. Pours a medium gold, slight head fades quickly to a slight ring. Aroma is interesting - dried pineapple, earth notes, light caramel. Flavor is initially candy citrus, then moves into an earthy and caramel body. Very faint, slight whisper of something almost peaty or smoky at the very end. Interesting. Didnít love it, but interesting. Would like to know what they hopped this with.

330mL can. Pours clear golden with a very small white head with a light grassy/fruity/toffee aroma. Nice light fruity flavour with a nice sweet caramel backing, ok beer.

Can from Samís Quik Stop in Durham; who knows how old. Pours hazy golden-orange without much head. Nose is sweet citrus, faded hopes, and some bubblegum. Mild grain. Taste is sweet with a bitter finish, and some metallic notes creeping in. Probably pretty damn tasty fresh. Every night! Why donít you try it in NAGANO?

Aroma is roasty, soft. Appearance is a solid brown. Taste long, deep, brown, bready and a bit fruity. Palate is wide.

Lite citrus aroma. Golden amber with off white head. Decent lacing, decent carbonation, unfiltered, and decent lacing. Floral, citrus, medium malt, and mild alcohol flavor notes. Decent balance with medium bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Davros (2229) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - SEP 17, 2012
Pours deep amber with a large, lasting head. Nose shows soft piny hops and a bit of grapefruit. Also some soft caramel. Flavours are somewhat similar but include some bready malt and less hops. A bit over-carbed. Fine but nothing too impressive.

Can from whole foods Vienna. Pours orange with a quarter inch of white foam. Nice floral and grass notes on the nose. Nice floral hop flavor on the tongue without any bitterness. Finishes clean. Excellent example of style.

This is a pretty good APA. Moderate flavors of citrusy hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied, a little bitter. Overall better than expected!
