Can from Samís Quik Stop in Durham; who knows how old. Pours hazy golden-orange without much head. Nose is sweet citrus, faded hopes, and some bubblegum. Mild grain. Taste is sweet with a bitter finish, and some metallic notes creeping in. Probably pretty damn tasty fresh. Every night! Why donít you try it in NAGANO?

Can @ home. Clear orange golden color, average sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly but leaves fair lacing. Aroma is malts, hops, donít get much more initially. Taste malts, hops, bitterness, lightly tea. Firm carbonation, decent body. Hmm ok, I donít dislike it as I like bitter beers, but I had expected it to be a little more fruity.

Can from I-donít-remember-where. Pours hazy yellow with a hint of red and a strong off-white head. Fruity, sweet nose. Malty and surprisingly earthy with some traces of herbal hops. Possibly not at itís best as BBE seems to have gone quite some time ago.

Can at home. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, biscuit malt, caramel, soft peach, floral notes, some pine resin, hoppy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. A rather mild and fruity sweet APA, but also quite smooth with high drinkability. Pleasant beer!
