Cask (handpump) @ <a href=http://ratebeer.com/Place/england/birmingham/ target=_new> Wellington, B2, Birmingham. Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, flowers, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, and a dry US hoppy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

Cask handpull at The Roscoe Head, Liverpool. Gold, thin beige head. Some lovely ascetic lemon/grapefruit aroma. Little bit too ascetic for me. Hop is really quite aggressive. Hot hop on finish. Good condition. Green hop flower on finish is excellent.

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest 07. Gold amber with white head. Wow, this certainly had an impact on the Saturday of the Festival, it seemed to come to life. Hoppy dry with masses of lemon and lime character. Citric through a dry bitter finish, a very nice beer indeed.

Cask (Tram Depot, Cambridge)
6- Slightly citrussy aroma, killed by the sparkler.
3 Mid orange, sparkler head.
6 Minerally and grapefruit put in the retronasals. Simple bitter taste, light malts, but loads of minerals.
3 Soft palate, carbonation low. More minerally in the finish, and bitterness is resinous.
12- Too much of the minerals, alas.

Half, hand-pulled cask at the great Crescent pub in Salford. Many thanks to landlord Steve for this one. Good looking with a bright, yellow-gold coloured body and a lasting low, white head blanketing the glassware. Fresh, plain hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy, as well, offering hints of sweat, citrus and flowers. Bittersweet tail and oily palate. Has got a dry and crisp mouth feel. Nice (Greater Manchester, 05.07.2012).

Cask gravity at Haddenham Beer Festival, Haddenham, Bucks, 05-07-08 Pours a glorious golden colour with just the merest hint of a thin white head. Wonderful floral nose with plenty of hoppy notes. Stunning citrus flavours, starting with a sweet tangerine and finishing with some grapefruit pithiness. This is a fruity zippy, zappy citric wonder evreryone on the table loved it and it could well turn out to be my beer of the festival, marvellous.

(Cask at Dog & Duck, Soho, London, 27 april 2008) Golden yellow colour with green tinges, brief white head. Fruity, floral nose with lemon and citrussy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of lemon and grassy, citrussy hops in the finish. Fairly sweet, medium body. Nice citrussy hop character.

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2007 Blackfriers. Aroma has hints of sulphur, loads og grassy floural hops. Taste the bitterness hits you, grassy with citrus floural hints, decent pale malt base also. RERATE: This is one of the best cask ales iv ever had so hoppy so delicious i had to come home early but eneded up having to punish 2 pints just to make sure the rating was worthwhile.
