Cask & Bottle conditioned; Regular.
Award winning ale, a crisp, golden ale with a strong hoppy finish from the Amarillo hops and a good underlying sharpness.

Cask at GBBF 2014 - London. Day 2. Pours clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Very crisp, with notes of brittle hay, dry biscuits, dry lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with some further dry pale malts. Quenching. Solid.

Sampled @ GBBF day 3. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, hay, grassy hops, hops, nicely bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice.

Cask at GBBF. Pale yellow / orange, clear, still, small bubbly white head. Aroma is toned down, malty. Body is medium, pretty foamy in the mouth, low carbonation. Taste has gooseberry, lychee, touch of lemon, decent level of smoky bitterness in the finish.
