Aug 20, 2008 Bottle, 2.0%. BB April 91. 17 years ago. Weak chocolate aroma. Clear dark brown colour, no head. Sweet flavour, some bread, a lot of chocolate. A little vinous, but survived the years well.

Aug 4, 2008 Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour, not much head. ARoma is vanilla, raisins, some roasted notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with a nice toffeeishness coming in.

Jul 28, 2008 A beer that reminds me of the old men that used to frequent the off-sales I used to work for. Well-known throughout the country as a weak tasting, warm drink, not the best but good forpulling at the old nostalgia chords.
