COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle Conditioned.
Charles Wells and Young’s merged in 2006. Young’s brand acquired solely by Charles Wells in 2011.
Brewed using the highest quality barley grown on UK assured farms. Golden in colour with a light, dry palate & a fresh, fruity aroma. Perfect with bangers & mash or roast beef.
Matured live in the bottle for a fresher taste. Can be enjoyed cloudy, but ideally pour slowly leaving the last few drops in the bottle with the yeast. For best results store upright & serve at 10-12°C.

Dorada - ámbar. Espuma duradera. Escaso aroma, indefinido.

0.5 l bottle from local supermarket. Golden colour, almost no head as expected. Taste has some dark tasting malts with bitter hops. However, the taste is not that impressive. Typical to bitters. I tried to cool it not too much, but still I found this a bit uninteresting.

Hazy deep amber color, big white head that quickly disappeared. Some lacing. Taste and aroma of flowers, grapefruit, malt and orange. Light to medium body, average to high carbonation. Sweet, light bitter finish. OK.

Bottle 0,5l from Metro cash&cary in Rijeka. Clear yellow liquid with big unsteady head. Medium to.light body, too carbonated, medium sourness. Metal aftertaste, light to medium bitterness. Ok I guess but too carbonated for my taste.

Bottle. Unclear pale copper, whitish head. Sweet fruityness, some fudge and bit of grassy notes in aroma. Bittersweet taste. Drinkable, but not that exciting.

Orange yellow colour, small head and pretty nice lacing. Aroma has honey malts, caramel, wood and grassy hops. Taste is grassy, sweet and malty. Caramel and honey. Light body with medium carbonation. Pretty ok bitter.

Decent and easy bitter. The taste is earthy with a hint of grass. Best served at 8-14 degrees.

Bardzo puste piwo, które poza dość przyjemną goryczką nie ma zbyt wiele do zaoferowania.

Bottle from Asda. Pours dark amber with a frothy white head and cloudy appearance. The taste is mild with balanced hops, grapefruit, orange and apricot flavors most noticeable. The body is medium and carbonation is again medium with a rich velvety mouth feel which is probably the more enjoyable aspect of the beer . Overall tasty and worth a try but nothing too special going for it to separate it from the crowd. This is marketed as a "bitter" but has all the characteristics of a pale ale.
