HogcliffeLenny (134), Christchurch, England May 8, 2008 Bottle 500ml from Waitrose, Christchurch. A yeasty, slightly citrus aroma greeted me on opening this one. It pours a deep golden colour and just ever so slightly cloudy, with a good white head to it. It was quite lively on the palate, kind of like a fizzy sensation without being fizzy! The label states that it has a “refreshing bite” and I have to say that this is true.
