[cask] An amber beer with a small lasting head. The aroma is faint with sweet notes of berries. The flavor is very creamy and sweet with a woody finish - kind of sweet and sour. It has very little bitterness even though it is a bitter but notes of berries.

Cask Conditioned at Dirty Dick’s, London
Amber color. There is too much white sugar aroma and flavor, but also some good caramel flavor and a good body; quite strong bitterness. Not impressive, but enjoyable.
