teddybeer (2165) - Madrid, SPAIN - OCT 11, 2012
33cl bottle at FCAN’12. Orangish colour with a nice formation of a creamy and off-white head, also nice lacework and perfect lasting. Aroma is strong hoppy, with hints of grapefruit, caramel and fruity. Flavor is strong bittery, light caramel. Dry in the final with an aftertaste strong bittery and with a good duration. Good balanced. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high. Texture is moderate oily. Another good beer of Guinea-Pigs...

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a tan head. Aroma has resinous hops, pine, grapefruit, also a rich toffee caramel. Taste is quite malty, rich caramel toffee, biscuit bit the hops are there, grapefruit and resin. Little sweet with a big long bitter finish. This is very good if a little different, more of a hoppy amber ale

rulas3 (107) - Madrid, SPAIN - AUG 30, 2012
Apariencia: color caramelo, reflejos anaranjados, bastante turbia, poco carbónico, corona beige, compacta y persistente.

Very impressive IPA from Spain. Typical all the way through, good strong hop presence in both the aroma and the taste. A bit darker than most IPAs. Drinkable and fresh here in Madrid.

33cl bottle at El Pedal. Pours hazy amber with a beige head. Hoppy aroma with malt, citrus and hints of pine and caramel. Finishes dry and bitter with just a hint of burnt/smoke. Citric and bitter aftertaste with a solid bitteness. Nice Spanish IPA! (2012-08-16)

Color cobre y ligeramente turbia. Aroma a pan, maltas caramelo y lupulos. En boca entran primero las notas maltosas con cierto dulzor pasando rápidamente al cítrico del lúpulo acabando seca y amarga. Cuerpo medio y carbonara ion media - baja. Alcohol bien integrado, con buen equilibrio

Bought at Cervezorama, 33cl bottle. Pours a somewhat dark amber color for an IPA. Floral hops for the most part with a bit of citrus peel and berries. Toffee and caramel malts give a pronounced sweetness as well. The flavor is lightly bitter with a moderate hop profile of floral and citrus peel notes. Minimal pine notes in the background. Sweet malt flavors of bread and toffee, a hint of caramel as well.

330ml bottle. ½ pt Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on jul´12. Deep amber color. Foggy appearance. Tan, creamy froth creates a lasting crown. Dried nut, mildy toasted & caramel malt aromas. Hints of cinnamon & slightly citric touch to the nose. Sweet & smooth maltiness followed by subtle underlying citric & spicy sensation. Slightly smoke is felt. Medium body. Moderate to soft carbonation. Oily texture. Dry bitter finish & resins on the aftertaste. Delightful with ABV well masked.
