4.2 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft: Lemon, bubblegum, clove nose with a base of banana bread. Cloudy amber, thick head, good lace. Banana and lemon on the front end, wheat bread on the back. Medium body, normal carbonation. Well, I’ll be damned. This was good and fairly authentic.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured from bottle. Weird smellin wet wheat, pancake syrup and canned peaches. Cloudy gold, darker than expected. Flavors of wheat, grass, lemon soda, touch of ginger and pepper. It’s a mish-mosh of flavors, but is an enjoyable brew. Somewhat sour aftertaste. Maybe the strangest thing Yuengling has ever come up with, but it’s not too bad.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tallahassee, Fl - Publix Supermarket - Mahan - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, kind of listless with a quickly diminishing thin off-white head. Aroma of cloves and artificial banana flavor. Flavor has some clove accents, a touch of artificial banana flavor, some yeasty accents, a touch of hard candy sweetness. Mouthfeel is a bit thin, but ok for the style. Drinkable.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle, one of my friends gave me a bottle to try. Served in a Leinenkugel’s Sunset Wheat glass, the beer pours a cloudy golden/orange color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like cloves, bananas, and some wheat/grainy malt. It tastes like cloves, bananas, lemon peel, wheat/grainy malt, and a lingering bubblegum finish. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s smooth, refreshing and easy to drink. This was a pleasant surprise, and since the Yuengling seasonals are usually priced well in my area (usually around $6.99 a 6-pack) I’ll have to buy some of this for the summer. I liked it.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a translucent orange with white lacing. Smells yeasty and clovey. Tastes like it smells, but less true to form. Average (at best) on the palate. Better than Bud.
