COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An iconic American lager famous for its rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor - with a roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops, this true original delivers a well-balanced taste with very distinct character.

I love this lager. Hands down my numero uno preference when it comes to beer.

Drinkable, cheap lager and a better alternative to the normal American swill....

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2012 One of the finest American Lagers. Nice amber color. Creamy head. The hops give it a very crisp, clean flavor and finish. Easily drinkable in quantity. Really, there’s nothing especially exciting to write about here. It’s simply an outstanding lager.

Actually quite decent. It can be enjoyable and is very, very easy to drink.

Had this may times. Latest was out of a bottle at our company XMas party. Nothing wrong with it. As someone else said it’s a cheap lager but an ok one. Can get harsh in the finish.

Nice frothy head which disappears in about 10 seconds. Slightly skunky aroma. Medium amber color. Drinks easy but with a slight iron taste which was not appealing. Mild hop finish but with little character. I can’t believe that I used to drink this stuff regularly. Ok for a lager and for mass consumption. Better than most of your mass produced crap. Still, I wouldn’t brag about this to your friends.

Very clean, crisp and dry with a mild lemony sweetness. Hints of spice in the aroma but also a little skunky (although not disturbingly so). Drinks fairly easily. Very much in the German lager/pilsener style and overall not bad for a US version.

Its a good beer, but drinking to much of this will give you the worst hangover the following morning..
