COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An iconic American lager famous for its rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor - with a roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops, this true original delivers a well-balanced taste with very distinct character.

For an easy to find lager that’s a little more complex than the standards.... ain’t bad! Get it on tap if you get the chance - a rarity here in VA but up in PA just about every bar has this stuff on tap. Slightly complex, very enjoyable. Even the chicks drink it.

I rated this a 1.2 on 4/7. This is a pretty common beer ’round these parts. This is not a great beer but it’s better than a 1.2 which I would put as Budweiser territory. This is just a below average beer. It has much more flavor than something like Bud or Rolling Rock but pales in comparison to something that is actually good.

A good, smooth lager beer with a slight hop taste. Best on tap but good in the bottle.

This beer is a bit overrated, it is ok, a better choice than the standard American Macro brews, but sill overrated.

A few nostalgia points for this one - it actually has character though it may be a cantakerous one.

I guess this is pretty good beer. It’s better on tap in Pennsylvania then from a bottle. If you like bad beer, and are forced to drink a good one Yuengling Lager might be the way to go.

Like the history but the beer is anything but historic

Enjoyable, dependable lager. A little more character than most of this style. Faint malt and hops but they’re there - not overwhelmed by adjunct grains. What can I say? I like Yuengling beers and I hope they’re around for a long time to come.

Excellent beer, a friend brought over several cases from Penn. and I was impressed.
