2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 jflopsu (92) - New Jersey, USA - APR 9, 2013
Heavy orange pour with light white head. A strong sweet and malty aroma. Flavor is too malty for my liking, and leaves a dryness in my mouth.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 hardypc (34) - - APR 5, 2013
Starts with a nice amber pour that forms a decent head and leaves moderate lacing down the glass. A medium bodied beer that has some roasted malty tones and a little caramel as well. Good balance to it.

32 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured a clear amber, quite bubbly and with a decent head, hardly any lacing. Aroma is not too strong; grain, malts and some caramel are predominant. Flavor is mostly sweet, grain and malts mild bitterness. Not a bad pale lager, goes down easy.

Great amber color with nice lacing. Very sharp aromas to the nose. Light to medium body with clean mouth feel and crisp finish leaving you wanting more!

Draught at Hard Rock Baltimore. Poured a clear copper color with a titanic frothy white head and the best lacing I’ve ever seen for a premium lager. Grains, slight caramel malts and cereal. Highly carbonated. Smooth, easy to drink beer.

My dad bought a few pints of these and tossed them in the fridge. I saw them in there, so I had one. Being new to beer, I didn’t know that Yuengling is the oldest brewery in the United States. ANYWAY, for what matters ...
Yuengling is a completely average beer. Very drinkable and smooth, but certainly not extraordinary. I’d have it again if it was given to me.

12oz bottle. Pours amber gold with decent head. A little bit of lacing but not much. Smells watery and sweet. Typical adjunct grain flavor, but with a little more quality. This is better than most mass produced lagers
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Emeister84 (437) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Biscuity and grassy aromas. Clear amber with a fully diminishing, off-white head. Slightly sweet and fruity, with a clean, bready dryness, and a touch of underlying tartness. Medium bodied with low carbonation, and finishes with lingering berry notes.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 drjay44 (2129) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAR 15, 2013
12 oz. bottle. Shared with multiple others at brew club. Pours a thin off white head, over a clear pale amber (SRM 8) body.....nose is light cereal, minimal pine, citrus.....taste is light cereal, light toffee/caramel, hints of sweetness, mild bitter finish.....mouth feel light, carbonation low (bottle had been open). This is a good quality Pale Lager, but so?? BJCP 7/3/10/4/6
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 kevinator (322) - The Colony, Texas, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Not bad but this beer sure does have a lot of hype. It’s advertised as an amber, which I guess I could see as it had a heavier malt presence than most pale lagers. Faint malty aroma that also had semblance of adjuncts. Copper was light amber. Average mouth feel with high carbonation. Flavor was unexciting. Base malts with little hops taste. A step above a Bud. Glad I tried it and easy with food.
