2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
The main thing that keeps me coming back to this beer is the taste. A friend of mine tried it and said it tasted like a mid-priced steak, which I thought was unusual. However, in some bizarre way, it kinda does this lager justice. I agree with the previous reviewer though, that it does have a strange, lingering aftertaste. A better than average beer, especially for the price.

An excellent traditional lager. A friend brought this back from Tennessee and I fell in love with it immediately. Pours pale and goes down smooth. When on ice, you just canít beat it. Iím hoping to find of the Yuengling brand in the future.

Duft av malt . Lys mÝrk farge. Noe skum som forsvinner raskt. Frisk smak, noe sÝtlig men ikke mye.

One of the best American beers in my opinion. Bottle pours an amber colored beer with a little white head. Decent lace is left as you drink. Malty with almost a skunky hoppy taste, but in a good way. Smooth and drinkable all year long. A damn good brew.

Bottled, 0.355l. Clear orange amber color with small frothy, mostly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of moderate cereal malt, caramel, vegetables with mild fruity and a bit skunky notes. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt, follows sour grainy with light bitter finish. Medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation in palate. Pretty good lager, slightly caramelly with refreshing acidity...

Can. Smells like beer. Sweet malt taste but slightly rubbery. Clean and fizzy. Fine for what it is.

Outstanding beer. My personal favorite "go to" beer. Medium dark lager, with light aroma and a nice head on tap. Slightly skunky hops note with clean malt tones and a marvelous finish. Stays clean with no sour or sweetish overfill. Canít get over how easy to drink and delightful this beer is. Best American commercial brew out there.

Copper color pours nicely with a light head. This is my favorite American lager. Great taste I only wish it was available in our state.

Huge ass can from all grain Duane, thanks! Golden amber with a very large fluffy ecru quickly fading topper. Aroma is grainy and grassy with lightly skunked hops and bready malt. Taste is pale lager bland with caramel, grains, a bit of grass and a zippy finish. Okay for the style.
