A $6.99 bottle in Newark trying to kill some time before my flight to Dulles and RBSG. A brown beer - looks more like a brown ale, than a lager, with a thin disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet with a weird fruityness to it, probably stemming from a hop sort I don’t recognize, combined with light notes of yeast and acidity. The flavor is sweet with light notes of fruit and nuts. It reminds me a lot of a Brown ale. Easily drinkable, though a bit too easy for me. I had it several times visiting Philadelphia before my time on RateBeer and remember it much better than what I think of it now...

(Bottle 35,5 cl) The colur of this beer is fantastic: clear, dark amber - pretty thin head though. Very high carbonation. Unfortunately the flavours in no way live up to the appearance. A small hint of caramalt, and that’s it. Absolutely no hops.

(draft) Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is mildly sweet and floral. Taste is medium sweet, floral but not actually bitter. Light/medium body. Pleasant simple beer.

Draught
Amber color. Very light and watery, pretty dry; nothing else to mention about it.
