On Tap at Old Chicago, Clarksville, TN. I have always heard good things about this beer. I was impressed, yet let down. This would make a great daily drinking beer, but I think that the hype got to me and that is why I was disappointed.

Jan 6, 2010 Enjoyable session beer, I turn to this amber hued lager to quench my thirst when not in the mood for stronger beers. A go to after tenacious yardwork or snowstorms.

Jan 3, 2010 A decent beer, but pretty much unremarkable in all aspects. I’d get it only when I’m looking for something to drink alot of for relatively cheap. Good, but nothing special.

Dec 31, 2009 With thanks to my cousin in law for gifting me this. Appearance, light brown/orange, with a small white head. Aroma: Slightly grassy, light malt, some corn and sugar. Flavour: Lightly malty, again; slightly grassy, a trace of cereal and a quick malt finish. Nothing wrong with it, just boring.

Dec 31, 2009 A decent widely distributed lager. A little too much carbonation. Beer looks nice in the glass but not much else to speak of on that front. Taste is passable. I do like the spices on the aftertaste.

Dec 31, 2009 (bottle into pint glass) I may be very biased as this has always been a staple, but I love this one! Pours a beautiful deep amber color with a creamy head and good lacing. Nose is of a slight toffee sweetness, and a slight hop mixed in. Drinks very smooth with a slight sharp bite of the hops at the end. A little heavier than most macrobrewed lagers (as Yuengling is hardly small anymore) but not as overbearingly in your face as some micros. A great middle of the road choice. Excellent compliment to a chargrilled burger!

Dec 29, 2009 This is a rating for draft (bottle 1.8). Pours a medium amber color with little head and no lacing. Nice carbonation, descent aroma, and light/medium body. The taste is sweet malt and some hops. Good session beer for the price.
