COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bonanza Brown Ale is brewed in the old school style, as a double decoction. This method results in a very malt forward flavor, perfect for this style of beer. Light in hopping but, full of silky malt smoothness, this beer is one of our most drinkable.

Pours dark brown. I didn’t get a lot of aromas. . Some nuttiness and dark malts. Similar flavours with some dark chocolate. Not bad.

Pours a clear brown with a small brown frothy head. Aroma is very malt forward with notes of chocolate, roasted malts, some coffee and cocoa. Taste is chocolate, creamy coffee and some roast malts. Overall this is a very sessionable malty beer that has a nice smooth creamy mouth feel.

Pours a very dark brown colour with a small off white ring around the glass. Aroma is caramel, toasty, nutty and light chocolate. Overall not too big of an aroma. Flavour is a bit watery, chocolate, caramel, moderately sweet and mild bitterness.

Chocolate brown. Some coffee notes. Toasted malt and a litte toffee in the medium bodied brew. Good drinkability but pretty average overall.

Bottle. Old-penny copper brown, clear, with a modest off white head that retains as a whispy memory and leaves no lace. Simple dark caramel aroma and flavour. Simple.

341ml bottle pours a deep amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and some lightly toasty notes. Taste is a caramel malty sweetness with a very light hop bitterness. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Very typical for the style and nothing really special.
