3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This is a very malty ale...but well done.
On the pour...the nose was 99% malt.Nice colour..light Amber and gold with a off white head.
On taste...not near as malty and boring as the nose would indicate.Well balanced to the side of malt ,but smooth and mild.Just enough hops to finish the beer neutral dry.
Light carbonation and loots of grain make this beer a malt lovers paridice..this would be a good beer for someone coming off of Molsen or Kokanee.
It a nutshell ...this is English pale ale Canadian stlye..light and inoffensive. in flavour.

Gold pour, white head. Nose is malts, earth, grain, and water. Thin palate, wet cardboard, grain, malts, not too appealing.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Can, courtesy of SHIG Ė thanks! A vigorous pour yields a finger of foamy off-white head atop a dark gold (closely resembles honey) body. Nose is sweet, malty, and light grass. Tastes sweet too. Malty, grass, and corn syrup. Just a little grassy in the finish to give it a light crispness. A little more body than most in this style. I found it to be refreshing.

Can thanks to long time friends grabbing it for me on their travels to Alaska: Poured a golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is grain with some sweet bubblegum. Taste is malty with some fresh grain, starts off wet and finishes dry.

This is a good beer. It pours a golden yellow colour with a nice sized head. The aroma is grainy malt and floral hops. The flavour is similar, with a nice bitter finish.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Thanks to Reimer for this. Pours an amber gold with a small white head. Aroma is slightly skunked with some wet newspaper and bready malts. Taste is slight hop bitterness but is funked out by a wet sock taste that just ruins everything. Not sure if this is on purpose, Iím thinking it isnít.

Bottle @ Calgary Beer Fest. Pours clear dark gold to orange with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is tea like malt, pear esters and no hops. Flavor is light malt, faint bitterness and hops with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a deep golden color with a low, dense white head. Aroma has a strong sweet wheat/2-row malt nose with some light spicy saaz mixed in. Mild 2-row malty sweetness complimented by a fairly strong saaz hoppiness. Flavor reminds me of some European ales Iíve had in the past. Body is modest with some light carbonation that makes it feel heavier than it is and lending a light oily feeling. Overall an okay brew. Well done with no problems, just a bit on the boring side for my tastes.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Clear golden yellow, foamy white head settles quickly leaving a lasting ring. Malty grainy aroma. Taste is all grainy doughy bland malts, no citrus, no discernable hops whatsoever, let alone Saaz! Average carbonation, light bodied, low hopped. Dry muddled finish. Insipid and boring. LF (Lagerboy Friendly)

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle - Fruit esters, yeast and bread. Clear light copper with a decent head. Sweet malts dominate, with some grains and lemon in the mix. Very light mouthfeel. Not to my taste.
