COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden amber I.P.A. has a thick creamy head and a citrusy hop aroma. The flavors of whole leaf Cascade, Centennial, and Kent Goldings hops make for a complex hop character while a toasty malt balances the finish.

Bottle. Pours a murky amber with a thin white head and good retention. Aroma was hoppy, with sweet citrus. Tasted very hoppy with East Coast hops and the citrus hits in the aftertaste. The palate was full bite and carbonation.

kramer (3376) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 10, 2007
12 oz bottle, Julio’s Liquors. Pours a clear gold body with a one finger plus fizzy white head. Lots of delicate lacing. Light visible carbonation. Nose is moderately hoppy with perfumy floral hops and minimal malt impact. Pretty restrained hoppiness with just a light bitterness. Minimal toasted and doughy maltiness showing through. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a watery texture and moderate fizzy carbonation. Overall, an average IPA at best. Could use a little more brightness and aggressiveness.

An above average IPA with three hops: Cascade, Centennial, and Kent. Bitter and full bodied, a good palate cleaner. Golden peachy colour with moderate white head. Fresh and refreshing. Some leafy mintness in finish. Appropriately carbonated.

Poured yellow with a medium head. The notes of hops on the nose seemd a bit grassy. Teh mouthfeel had a deep bitterness with a long bitter finish but some odd metallic flavors.
