| A Pilsener brewed by Brasserie Lefebvre Rebecq-Quenast, Belgium
| |
JoeinUccle (601), Brussels, Belgium Apr 28, 2008 One of two Zafke house beers made for the Laristo pub in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, Brussels. Possibly a label beer of Le Quenast, but that’s unfconfirmed. On tap. The main strength of this beer is that it is not named Maes, Stella or Jupiler. Otherwise there is not a lot of difference. Pale yellow color, thin white head. Nose is corn-malty and somewhat grassy. Tastes lightly sour, grassy, going to wet and lightly bitter. Quenching but not much stands out, good or bad.
