Leighton (10539) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2014
Can in Gabrovo - picked up from Billa. Dropped this sucker when getting out of the taxi, pierced it slightly on the rocky terrain, and as such made it the first beer to drink today. Pouts clear, old-urine gold, lightly effervescent with a moderate, frothy pure white head. The aroma holds lots of cheap, simple cereal grains and a bit of hay. Light sweet flavor with further cereal malt character, some ripe lemon, some dirty hay and grain husk bitterness, touches of white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet on the finish with mild, sugary bread, lightly crunchy cereal, a bit of lemony astringency, some rind, more hay, faint metallic bite. So so. Fairly crisp for a cheap lager.

Koskela (273) - Marysville, California, USA - DEC 15, 2013
Skunky tinny almost tart aromas come from this super pale crystal clear beer with a good white head and many bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass. The taste is sweetish with a tin flavor and a bitter taste. Has a medicine taste but a light body. Not crisp not grainy. Not a very premium lager.

larsga (6140) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 6, 2013
Medium offwhite head. Clear yellow body. Minty strawy aroma with spicy notes. Dry-sweet resiny mealy strawy taste with earthy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish resiny earthy mealy aftertaste with fruity notes. Nice, drinkable, kind of odd for a German beer. (0.5l can, iki ekstra, Užupis, Vilnius.)
